District 5 Knothole Baseball Instructional League Information

D Jr Instructional

1. Registration is online. Go to Registration Page
2. Registration fee is $65.00 per player. This includes hat, jersey and pants. (This is yours to keep. No hand-me downs from year to year)
3. The season starts the first Saturday in May and concludes the last Saturday of June.
4. Games and practices are Saturdays 9:00 am. Teams will practice from 9:00 till 10:00 am followed by a short game from 10:00 till 11:00 am. (Team managers have the option of practicing during the week if they want.)
5. During the games the players either hit off of a tee or coach pitch. (This is up to each team manager to decide.)
6. We try and place no more than 9 kids on a team.
7. During games all players for a team bat and play in the field.
8. We make every effort to place kids that are from the same neighborhood or who will be attending the same school on the same team. Parents my request that certain kids play on the same team, we will do our best to honor these requests.
9. A coach may assemble and register his or her own team so long as that team has 8 or 9 players.

Born between May 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004 or who is entering 1st grade in the Fall 2010
