PLEASE NOTE - A team must have written permission from the Executive Supervisor of District 5 to participate in a tournament. See Rule 5 and 13 C. A team must also agree to follow District 5 rules in regard to pitching even though those rules may not be the same as the pitching rules for a particular tournament.

By selecting "submit" the team manager agrees to abide by District 5 rules in regard to pitching even though those rules may not be the same as the pitching rules for a particular tournament. Penalities for violating these rules is suspension of the manager for one season and forfeiture of all league games for the season of the infraction.
